Some Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
The Neighbor Wristbands that I ordered through the Neighbor Ticket Program have not arrived in the mail. What do I do?
We have indeed identified the issue that has delayed the arrival of some of these orders. The Vertex Community Team will be delivering orders to your home between 10am – 5pm on Wednesday, August 3. You do not need to be home when your orders are delivered. If you would like to share any special delivery instructions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line: Delivery and include your full name and street address in your note.
I have not received/I need to request additional Neighbor Car Passes. What do I do?
If you have already been in touch with the Vertex Community team regarding these requests, Neighbor Car Passes will be delivered to your home by end of day Wednesday, August 3. Street barricades will be in place the morning of Thursday, August 4.
What do I do if I am stopped at a barricade and do not have a Neighbor Car Pass in my vehicle?
Identify yourself as a local resident and give them your address. They will allow you to pass.
