Shipping Address Update Instructions
PLEASE NOTE: the option to change your address is no longer available as tickets have shipped. Please call 855.487.6851 if you require further assistance.
This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of changing your shipping address for the items that you have purchased under your Vertex account.
Please note: you cannot update your shipping address until 30 days have passed since your purchase.
Within the Shopping Cart’s Landing Page, navigate to the “Login” tab.
Enter your Elevate account log-in information and click click the “Login button. If you created an Elevate account using the Facebook button during your purchase, please click the “Login with Facebook” button to access your order.
To retrieve your password, click the “Forgot Password” link. You will be sent a verification email.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will be directed to the “My Account” tab. Here, your customer details are displayed. Navigate to the “Order HIstory” button.
Now, within the “Order History” tab, find your Vertex order for which you would like to update the Shipping Address.
Once you select your order, scroll down to the “Item Details” section to “Edit” the Shipping Address.
After selecting “Edit”, enter the new Shipping Address. Click the “Update” button to save the address.
You will see a pop-up notification confirming your update, as well as an email confirmation.
